as many sufferers of epilepsey will be aware of is during some attacks we do or could harm ourselfs,
in some cases a sufferer needs help after an attack, were as a family member friend or doctor to an ambulance, its always a good thing to have a phone near to hand but come on what person whos in a fit can dial the phone let alone think of numbers,
there is the help out there but you have to claim for it,you can ask your neuro/dr/or phone the social services for your area and asked to be refured to the disability team,
its called a life-line
its a box or a phone with built in alarm which can be set of by either pulling a cord pushing a button and both of these come with a pendant button which you wear.

and what about our safty again theres items out there you can get help with,
your neuro/dr or social services will help with a shower,it is known that people have a fit while taken a bath some of which have drowned,

cooking thats another worry just think what could happen if your cooking you get hold of saucpan half filled with boiling water, some or most cooking are these days done in a micro wave,
depend on where you live some social services and the dhss with help in provideing you with one,

if you know of any help readers may be intitled to please let me know :)
