Hi, I'm Joanne and I've been disabled for 3 years due to Cervical Myelopathy. I am hoping to make new friends from all around the world

Hi all, haven't been on here for a while looking for genuine epals anywhere. Someone with similar interests and a gsoh. I'm a wiccan like most music, reading, cinema, theatre, musuems, art and photography, numerology and mythology. I have mobility problems but not yet in a wheelchair.
Looking for penpals to chat with.
Honestly, I'm open to talking to anyone. I'm open minded. I love people.
I am looking to make friendships. I love traveling, but I don't really have a lot of money or time for it. But I supplement that with virtual trips online, looking at information on other countries. If you're from anywhere outside America, I love discussing cultures and history! And anything else too to be honest!
Looking for friends from anywhere who want to chat about pretty much anything.

I am looking to meet new people and make new friends
Would like to communicate with other intelligent and curious disabled folks about daily life, how they manage activities, improve quality of life, find pleasure and enjoyment, etc. I have had a rare and complicated neurological disorder (HSP) for over 30 years. But it is taking more effort to stay on top of things.
I'm looking for other people (maybe with M.E. too?) just generally to talk to on the days I'm stuck in bed!
T3/T4 Spinal injury due to accident. Paraplegic. Wheelchair bound. One year since injury. Interested in M/F Penpals by e-mail, texting, or snail mail. I enjoy snail mail because it's becoming a lost art. I actually still use a fountain pen for snail mail!
I am happily married for more than thirty years so I'm not looking for a relationship just a few good penpals to exchange possible letters, birthday cards, post cards, share how you cope with any disability you might have, and to learn more about your country if you are outside the USA.
Say hi! : )

German Speaking Males or Females that are looking to learn English and willing to help others learn German.
My fiancé, Tim, was in a fatal car accident 3 weeks after he proposed to me. He was in a coma for 2 months, and in that time I was in shock. Finally, after eight excruciating weeks, he woke up. But, to both of our dismay, he was permanently disabled. He broke his C1-C7 vertebra, making him a complete quadriplegic. I learned that he most likely would never walk again, and he would need the help of a 24/7 and his family members to perform every day tasks. He has trach and a ventilator to help him breathe, and he needs feeding tubes to help him get nutrition. Along with his spinal cord injuries, he has traumatic brain injury. He is completely blind in both eyes, and he has the inability to speak.
Tim's homecoming was not too long ago. It has been a long journey for both him and me since his accident, but I will do whatever it takes to help him live as close to a normal life as he can. I joined this site to connect with other carers or handicaps, and to help Tim see that he can live a normal life even with all his disabilities.
We do still plan on getting married if all goes well, although we don't know when. I would like to send my prayers to Tim, and I want him to know that I love him.
Email me at KarenGBlack@dr.com if you would like to help and support me and my soon to be husband. Thanks!
A girl who feels comfortable to share every detail of her life
Hello! I am 19 years old, and I am a C1-C6 and T1-T3 complete quadriplegic. I also have frequent seizures, deafness, minor memory loss, and difficulty with speech due to brain damage. I use an advanced power chair along with an IV, and I have a ventilator and trach to breathe, and currently feeding tubes to get nutrition.
If you're wondering how I got these permanent injuries, my advice to you is not to fall down an elevator shaft. Especially not from the 11th floor while you're on vacation.
Yes, when I was 16 years old I feel down an elevator shaft form the eleventh floor. I spent up to 9 months in a coma in the ICU, and when I awakened I found that I could not hear, speak, or walk. After that, I spent almost another year at the hospital, slowly recovering.
I struggled to adjust and accept my new disabilities at first, and I still am. My homecoming was a little over two weeks ago after many years of hospitals and doctors, and I've had to deal with many struggles I didn't even know existed. So my wonderful home nurse and parents have tried to set up a system for me to use the computer, and they have helped me to create an able here account to help me find other people with disabilities and help me through my rough times
My email is email@example.com. I will talk and listen to almost anyone, but I am specifically looking for someone who may also have experience with quadriplegia and they can understand what I am going through.
Please email me! Thank you!
I'm 19 year old a C1-C4 quadriplegic, here with my little sister who is also a quad. My family was in a car accident not long ago, but it left everyone in my family crippled and injured.
Along with being a quad I am also almost completely blind due to brain damage. I am relatively new to the quad life, not to mention medically depressed due to the passing of some of my family members. I use a ventilator to breathe and get nutrition through a feeding tube, and I can access the computer through a voice to text program :)
I will talk to pretty much anyone who will listen, but I am looking for people who might have some more experience with being in a wheelchair.
Email me if you can!
I would like to chat to anyone all over the world to talk about anything & everything
I would like to hear from a woman who loves life.
