List them in order of serious nature to you first to last
Make an appointment with your attending physical
Explain the issues in depth
HE/SHE would have the best answers and direction of specialist for you if treatment of some nature could not be obtained in the office.
There is always someone on here on this forum who will talk to you, we all share the fact we all have a disability or illness that will cause us some anxiety at some point. We all have our different ways of dealing with it that we may be willing to share with you, this current situation of Covid-19 and Lockdowns has found a lot of people dealing with anxiety and suffering with mental health.
