I am a fighter/survivor.. I have had numerous surgery's from open heart to vascular on both legs. January Friday the 13th.. I lost the fight with my right leg and became an amputee, but I have not lost the fight to enjoy my family and enjoying every day God has given me.. I won't say there aren't days when it is hard to keep a smile on my face,i am sure everyone has that problem,.But I keep fighting so I can see my granddaughters graduate, the youngest is in kindergarten, so you can see I have a long fight ahead. So if anyone like me, would like someone to share live with, I would really line a pen-pale.

I often feel old. And I love being short. I don't really know what to say here. I am interested in a myriad of things that you must ask about in order to learn more.
But I will tell you I enjoy greatly the process of reading a book. Or anything really. Reading to me is a great time to get away. It is a time when you can let
yourself just go to another place for a bit. You have to use your imagination. It is not like the movies where you have everything set for you. The characters look how
you want them too. The accents spoken with are all in your mind. The set is staged just they way you want it. It is not what the director thinks and you are stuck.
Being able to read means being able to use your mind. And that is a process I love.
I love animals and family. I like to go out to movies, dinner swimming. I don't like watching sports on t.v. but do like to go to a hockey game or car race. I am full
figured and on disability for arthritis or the knees. I am able to go out and do things but am limited on how long I can walk. I have 2 nieces and a newphew I raised
and am very close to. They live on there own but do visit often. I live with my sister. I am of the L.D.S. religion but am not attending church at this time. I do
believe in christian values. I believe in God, in being faithful, trusting, honest, kind to others and to animals. I enjoy my life to the fullest. I am looking for a
woman with the same qualities.

Sometimes, I feel that I have spent my life being too "nice" and honest, especially when I go through one of those patches when it seems that everyone you deal with is lying and showing a lack of respect & decency. Politeness costs nothing!!!!!
Allthough I like a good gossip (and of course stimulating conversation) with the right person, I'm more of a listener than a talker. I find some people can talk for ever, but not really say anything at all.
I'm not a materialistic person, and feel that those that are will never really be satisfied as they will ALLWAYS be wanting the next big thing.
I love animals, and HATE animal cruelty.

Im not a judgy person and would love to write to children and or people over 55. I am very easy going and just would love to give people someone to talk to as life can be a challenge and sometimes talking to a stranger can be easier then talking to people you know. I have a daughter and 2 step sons.
Im not sure if i qualify as disabled but i have social anxiety and Marfan syndrome which effects my vision massively (can never get a licence) and effects my heart and my skeletal structure which makes me tall, thin and lanky and also (as im starting to develop as of recently ) scoliosis. My daughter also has marfans, she is 7 nearly 8.
