Keeping fit was created by DATA311
I know a lot of us do find it difficult to maintain some kind of fitness for one reason or another.......
But I like to try and maintain some kind of fitness level since my operation 4 years ago, and I was wondering if or how you keep yourself fit ?........

I go to a place called Warriors on Wheels! It's a place just for the disabled. It doesn't matter if your in a wheelchair or not. They have equipment just for the people in chairs. I've been going for about 4 yrs. Lots of the people from the Cerebral Palsy Center go there and thats when I start to go.

Nice one pinky, its nice if a group can get together and workout.
I consider myself walking wounded, I can use the legs as long as I have sticks.
Have been looking around South Wales for something similar, but as yet had no luck, I did go to a regular gym once upon a time but some of the regulars would look on and make you feel uncomfortable so I stopped going, needless to say my fitness deteriated a lot.
So I am on a bit of a fitness quest at the mo, but working out at home, I have some of my own equipment.
Gotta get rib of some of this flab.....
