Steigenberger Al Dau Beach Hotel, Hurghada, Egypt

This hotel was fully disabled friendly, one of the most well equipped I have ever come across!! Lots of ramps & lifts, we stopped in an adapted room which was extremely roomy had no problem getting round it in my wheelchair. It had a wet room with pull down stool in shower area, several grab rails in shower area and by toilet. They even had some raised sunbeds around pool and beach but sadly I didn't get one because they got reserved with towels on them by fellow abled bodied holidaymakers!!
The beach was accessible by wooden pathway and the sand was firm enough in places to get to certain sunbeds. The staff where amazing and couldn't do enough for us. It was a beautiful hotel and extremely enjoyable holiday and we have said we will return there.

egypt people are very helpful, they carried me in my chair lots of times.
