Lessons will be learned
It would appear \"Lessons were not learned\".Yet again they have closed ranks,no one will lose their jobs.I just hope they can sleep at night,I could'nt after reading about this poor little soul. They were there to protect him,but yet again they failed in their duty of care.

I think its sick and horrid that they can do that to such a innocent child that doesnt even no how to protect them self or even know the right from wrong unlike his carers. It also wrong and unacceptable that after so many times noone did anything about it. Its about time they got they back sides and did their job, to protect the children that need them.

..send daytime team to look at blockage...they give out phone number for emergency blockage team ...told ring them after 5pm if blockage still there.......so you do that as nothing done to blockage in day.....get emergency team in night who successfully clear blockage in nextdoors drains...(caused by fat down sink)....they then say....if happens again, dont ring in daytime...wait till office shut, then the emergency team come out to sort it.....

It's a pity no one was prepared to do any extra to save a little boy's life:angry:
Heads must roll for this,or there is no justice in this country anymore:angry:

but am worried that all will not get any better......they sacked ppl before when that little girl died after much abuse....this is not so long ago....and yet, here it is happenning again.......i have very little confidence in this councils ability to change....
i would be happier and feel safer if local council not overseeing social services here

I agree Gordon Brown is between a rock and a hard place, I think he has to be seen as taking some sort of action,David Cameron will not let this go.How many more youngsters are there at risk, with nothing being done to help them,it gives me nightmares thinking about it.i agree dorrie.
