Problems with ears.

A lot of people here know that I have cerebral palsy. Many years I have problems with my ears because of cerebral palsy. I cant sleep laying on my back or belly. I sleep only if I lay on the right or left side. The main problem is that my neck muscules is so hard and they never relax. When I lay on the side I press the pillow by head so hard that feel awful pain in my ears. I cant roll in bed during night so sleep all the night long on the one side. So very painful bedsores on my ears. I need something like pillow with hole for ear.
Do you know something about this problem and how to solve it?

Did you find your pillow? I found it on the internet. You can google massage pillow for face. I hope it is helpful for you.

that's made from memory foam.. I guess that's different from massage pillow. I said incorrectly.

it looks too big for night sleep though.

Hi Andra! so sorry it wasn't helpful. It may be more difficult to find one in stock than I expected. If demands for the pillow are small, they'll disappear soon from the market.
Can you handle sawing machine? As you can see in the picture, it looks easy to make one. If you can't handle it, just look for a tailor store around you, let him/her make two/three pillow case with a hole, then you can stuff them with old pillow's filling or so.
In this way, you can pick preferable fabric design, you can customize the size just right for you, and you don't need to rely on products on the market.
