I am single, live alone and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2005. I cannot walk and use a power wheelchair to get around. I am also fiercely independent and was lucky to find an apartment specifically set up for someone with disabilities so that I am able to live by myself. I try to live each day as if it is my last day on earth.

I love to read and am finishing up my degree in creative writing. I love to go camping and fishing and anything that gets me out of the apt, especially in spring & summer.
