I am 71 years old and I need to get out to meet people I get about with a mobility scooter I do drive I can’t walk very far but I do alright on the scooter I have COPD and on oxygen

I am interested in boating up and down the rivers and canals I have a cabin cruiser boat but I need help with the locks
