I am 18 and have had mid carpal instability for about 4 years now. i used to Windsurf race nationally but had to give it up due to pains in my wrist. i had an operation on my left wrist to shrink the ligaments by electricuting them, however it didnt work. i have it in both wrists too and am in pain everyday, id just like some advice really!
