Am called Batale Fred from mayuge district eastern part of uganda, physically disabled well educated with bachelors of industrial and fine arts, operating a small community based organisation for people with disabilities which is aimed at improving standards of living for pwds which i started due to the poor condition of pwds in our community

Am interested in meeting some one who can understand disability very well and interested in extending a hand of help in meeting my objectives of the community based organisation which i started some who is willing to come 2 uganda for a visit and even work 2gether with me in developing my talent as an artist
