Klinefelter's Syndrome; Chronic Migraine

Disability Champion, I have spinal arthritis affecting my Facet joints which in turn give me nerve related hip pain.
I have arthritis in my hips too.
I also have Klinefelter's Syndrome (47,XXY) - Google it! and I suffer from Chronic Migraine, although that is slowly coming under control.
Even with all that, I work full time as an Aerospace Engineer and I also volunteer as a Disability Champion.
