I am a friendly, empathetic, and non judgemental person. I go through times of lows and highs, and it all revolves around self talk (self thought) related to self criticism. My hope is to reach out and make long lasting friendships with others who not only feel as I do, as well as those who focus on other personality traits. By learning more about others, I hope to learn more about myself.
