Would like to make new *platonic* online friends (other women, gay men) for supporting each other through the day to get things done, and general chat to pass the time, especially people who are stuck at home on their own a lot like I am.
I think I am a good listener (I used to work in the social care field before my health got worse) but I also find it hard to get things done without people to talk to about it, and my friends with fewer health issues can be too busy for much of this sort of thing.

Working from home, writing, reading, electronic & rock music, politics, the environment, history, science, photography. I have a wide range of geeky interests and enjoy hearing about other people's too. There are lots of things I've done bits of and know a little about even if I don't do them regularly now, e.g. crafts, gaming.

Minimal techno and other EDM, 90s indie, some classic rock and plenty more.

Comedy, action, arthouse. A bit of most things except romcoms and slush.

Short ones, mostly. Literary fiction, comedy, SFF, crime fiction. Have read a lot of classics although taking it easy as far as those are concerned now.
