Learning disabilities, depression

I'm Mary, a 20-year-old university student, and I am going AbSoLUTelY INsAne because my brain just won't work like it used to.

I was recently diagnosed as autistic, and am just trying to cope, adapt, and move on in a world that has left me far behind.

I work at a grocery store, which is enjoyable sometimes. I never thought I'd end up working here (as a youngster, I thought veterinarian or surgeon, though I keep having to lower the bar), but this is okay.

In the summer I enjoy biking. Last year I had a seasonal position at a wildlife rehabilitation, and biked to and from work, for a total of ~40 km a day! I got into rollerblading, too. If you want weird animal pictures and stories... I've got 'em.

Lately, university takes up most of my time (even though I only am taking 4 courses instead of the usual 5, as I am really slow in the head these days), but I hope that once I get myself sorted out enough to have some fun, I can return to being outdoorsy and active.
