I am the mother of a beautiful 23 year old daughter who has has the raw deal of inheriting a legacy of mental illness and experienced unstable home life during her first few hers of life and has had many challenges. One of her challenges includes social anxiety. She has been in mental facility since April and the few friends she had do not call or visit her and she has been very lonely. She may leave the facility in a few months. I am hoping to offer her the opportunity to have a pen pal. She is a talented writer, songs, poems, stories and enjoys writing.
She is smart and kind, but has very low self esteem.
