Type of Disability
Depression / Anxiety
I like to think people close to me would describe me as kind, creative, loyal and caring. I like to laugh and to make others laugh. I care about people and try to do good. I am hoping to meet similar and mutually supportive people with whom I would enjoy writing to, perhaps talking on the phone, perhaps meeting in person. Type of disability truly does not matter. I can tell you more about me when we chat :)

Very young 68 year old who enjoys younger people! I am very honest and sincere! Back ground, College, USAF, Medical field and 41 years at current job. Divorced, live alone with the exception of four months a year where I take in college men from different countries through a foreign exchange program. I may not have a disability but am a great listener and friend for anyone who needs someone. I have in the past gone through some depression where I saw a therapist so I do understand depression and some anxiety. Hope to hear from some people! Thank you!

I hope to establish some connections with people aged 55+, sharing some similar interests. I am a Christian woman, divorced, my children grown and married, a grandmother, college grad, retired from corrections field, loyal, considerate. I enjoy seeing all of the beauty God has made! No tolerance for filth. I won’t ever go where I don’t feel safe. Always proud to be a Black American woman, and I have a multiracial family. I spent my beginning years raised in a metropolitan city. Then in my teenage years, we lived in rural America, where there were only a handful of teens of my race. No crushes, dating, or proms. Living most of my life as a loner, I am comfortable in my own skin, and enjoy pursuing my interests and hobbies. I look forward to happy sharing at AbleHere!

R.P. (inherited blindness), mitochondria and heart failure, and M.E. are my disabilities and illnesses; it's tough being disabled and ill but there is so much to be thankful for and every day is precious time with my loved ones. I have been a Christian for many years so am full of hope, having now the peace of God and peace with God. I have no children or family but I am married. I remind myself daily that this life is only temporary and for the Christian...the best is yet to come.

Type of Disability
Depression / Anxiety
Not really sure what to write here so I will just keep it somewhat simple.
Have suffered with panic Disorder since I was young. Have also had some times of depression, but probably no more than other people just from life events at .
I guess I would like to find someone that understands the difficulties of even little everyday things when suffering with panic attacks or anxiety attacks, and not make me feel bad about myself like most people do.
If you also have an anxiety disorder, how does it make you feel when people keep telling you to just relax? Lol for me it's now like "on wow, I wish I had thought of that" just gets frustrating and sad i guess.
Well if anyone actually read this whole thing you are either bored by now of all my typing or maybe you would like to talk about things sometime..
Maybe we can each find someone who understands how difficult things can be sometimes.
