i was a mechanic in the RAF for 12yrs.i have 4 boys i split from there mum about 18 months ago.i have my own house now.in witney near oxford.i was registered blind in 2001.i took up triathlon,in 2007 and in june 2008 i became the blind world champion.although im registered blind i do still have some central vision left,so i can still get about on my own,sometimes bumping into to people.but luckily not to often.
