Hello Everyone

I'm new here. I'm 49 and from Maryland. I have chronic vascular disease and last year I was diagnosed with A-fib. I also have non-healing leg ulcers, but with all of that I have never let it dictate the change in my lifestyle. FOr the past 17 years I've just dealt with it and when I needed to make any kind of change, I just made it and kept on going.

I'm looking forward to chatting and posting in the forum.

Hi Posh,
I was snowing this morning, but it's stopped and the suns is out. We have another storm due in either tonight or tomorrow. Where in the UK are you now? I heard England has been hit with the worst stome in 18 in 18 years.
