I'm so sorry you are going through all of this. It really sounds like you are overwhelmed. Seriously, I understand.
I guess the first thing that comes to my mind is to get a second opinion on the jaw surgery. I don't know a lot about arthritis, but I do know pain. I have fibromyalgia and degenerative disk disease and spinal stenosis due to a pars fracture.
I'm not a medical professional in any way, but I would want to know exactly what the consequences of not having the jaw surgery would be other than continued pain. Not that pain is a terrific option, just in light of your heart issues, is having this surgery now the best decision?

Hi Ivory, I have Osteo-porosis which is part of the Arthritis family, so I know well how much pain it can cause, though having it in your jaw sounds so awful and I just can only imagine the pain and suffering it causes you. And to live with heart problems as well, you must be a strong women to deal with all that and still get on as best as you can with your life, I think your amazing!
As for trying to get your head around this surgery, all I can surgest is if like me you have a very good relationship with your G.P is to arrange an appointment sit down with them and poor your heart out about your worries and concerns and see what they say. Because non of us here are medical proffesionals and we can't give you answers like your G.P could. All we can do is be here as support for you, be a shoulder or an ear when you need it.
