my xray news was created by
got my results from my x-ray's that my solicitor needed from when i went about taking the local council to court over a risen cobble stone in my local town ( i had snapped my femur after i had fallen out of my wheelchair) the hospital i had gone to for the x-rays had not operated/set it in a plaster cast just sent me home for 12 weeks bed rest ... i have now a deformed upper left leg (swollen) my GP has said to me that there will be no point in operating on my leg at this stage in time

I hope you get justice when you take the council to court, due to there negligence you now have another disability which you never had before and they need to be brought to hand on it. These councils think they can get away with poor repairs or no repair at all. I know they have less money these days but when it comes to public pavements, public steps and roads they need to be repaired so we don't have accidents that can effect our lives permanently, they can not get away with this!!

after my x-rays came back my bones were not set properly so i also have a case against the hospital for not setting/pinning it ( they told me as i do not weight bare or walk) that 12 weeks bed rest will heal/knitt it up as much as it can do :(

Sorry to hear about that, you will just have to do what the hospital says and knit those bones together by resting. Take Care.
