Hi, Hope we can be friends?

Hey everyone,
I'm a newbie and its taken me so long to say out loud 'I'm Disabled'.
Also admitting I can't do the things I used to quite easily.
So I am depressed, suffer with anxiety attacks, sleep when and if I can and suffer with chronic pain all due to my Kidneys.(which is a long drawn out story in itself lol)
I am in and out of Hospital a lot with Kidney infections and I also get Gout in my joints which makes things even harder and is gradually getting more painful.
I just want to know I'm not alone and that people know. And I mean REALLY know how I feel. I'm so frustrated with my life and I also lost my wonderful Mum last June. She was my rock, my best friend and a fantastic Mum to me.
I miss her so much, I feel guilty and angry with myself that my disability stopped me from seeing her as much as I would've liked to. Guilt. That's also an issue I suffer with.
But besides all this, I am a friendly, caring, fun person to be and talk with.
