There is an American site disabilityrus. Very cliquey at times and probably more suited to younger members who are au fait with the language. Liight hearted and in the moment or that was my take on it. An oldie! I prefer deeper discussions though to be fair there were some interesting people and links to their particular sites. eg art, poetry and things linked with that to buy. As you complain of having difficulties with your neighbours perhaps you can find a friendly ear!
