Not use polish Suzan..its all natural patination built up over time from peoples hand-sweat.....
The ones below....are Tortoishell with mother of peart and silver inlay and ivory escutcheons and feet....Need a license to export them as contain ivory and tortoishell....made in aprox 1834....xxxx;)
