Ha, when my mum and I travelled to America from New Zealand, one time during our trip we were on a United Air plane, my mother has a different name to me but they were well aware of my needs, still the idiots placed me in a seat in front of her HELLO, NOT HELPFUL, we had to ask a man to swap so she could sit beside me, at first he wasn't keen till he heard our dilemma. The lesson in this is if two people are travelling and one has special needs then obviously the other is the caregiver/assistant!.
