Showers over baths in Hotels

We have been looking for our summer holiday now since January and the places we want to go mainly the Greek Islands except Crete we keep coming up with no walk-in Showers in the hotels! The majority seem to have showers over baths which is no good to me as I can't get in to the bath to shower and I need assistance in the shower. Even the more modern hotels still have Showers over baths! It seems the Greeks still haven't caught up with the rest of the Europeans with making hotels disabled friendly!!
