After booking your tickets, you will need the phone Passenger Assist helpline to arrange assistance with the ramp.

I travel a lot on trains and assistance are pretty good, at least at main line stations. Couple of times they have moved me to 1st class, cuz the other spaces were taken!! Wahaay! free cuppa tea for no charge. I could get used to this.
