We arrived early hours of the morning 2am to be exact! As we arrived at the gated entrance to the hotel we couldn't see the hotel that was because we had another 10mins driving to get to it!! We got to reception got our checked in and was taken to our room on the 4th floor, which was also the main restaurant floor which was handy! Our room was a fully adapted room with the biggest balcony we have ever had and a large wet room. We unpacked and crashed!!
The hotel was amazing!! Weather the whole time we where there was between 30 - 36oc!! The hotel was pretty flat all over except for parts of the huge Bridge that you use to get to amphitheatre, pools and beach!! Going down it fine! Coming back to hotel, massive inclines!! Whole complex had loads of disabled toilets which was great couple where tight to manoeuvre in! Beach had wooden walkways so you could get to sunbeds and they had shading over the beds. The pool area's (we counted 8 pools, but there are supposed to be 12!) where well spread out so you could move easily around. There was a pier with a bar and sunbeds which was lovely to go and sit on in the sun!
There are 4 speciality restaurants, as well as the main one which was buffet. The food was fine, good selection at breakfast and dinner Only negative we had about the main one was at certain times it was crazy! People walking round with mobile phones either filming or talking on them and not looking where they are going!! After being polite for a few days asking people to move we gave up and just rammed them with the wheelchair!!
There was a snack bar which we used for lunch that did the usual Pizza & Burgers.
And the most important details, Bars!! There are suppose to be 10 bars but I think they class bars in speciality restaurants in that number!! We loved the Dome bar, pier bar and Moulin Rose bar which showed sport.
The Amphitheatre didn't have designated disabled spots in it so it was park where you could! We saw 3 shows out of the 14 nights which where really good, the others we stayed for 2 minutes and headed back to the bar!!
The hotel had it's own Championship Golf Course, it takes on average 5hrs to get around in a buggy! My husband didn't play this time but we saw enough people who did! At 50 euro's a pop it was expensive and that was without the charge for the cart! There was another 3 Championship Golf Courses close by!
We had an amazing time over all, we didn't leave the hotel or do any trips because there wasn't really anywhere to go except to 'fake' shops. We where happy in the hotel. We have already decided we will go back to Belek as the hotel quality was very high and some of the other hotels my husband saw on his walks looked very nice.
