This hotel was beautiful, very modern and had ramps every where!! It had recently been modernized. The grounds where well spread out so you could find a place to sun bath and not be on top of other people. The staff where friendly and where always around to serve you drinks, crisps and nuts! And you could have snacks like chips and burgers delivered to your sunbed but we never did! The 2 large outdoor swimming pools had easy access slopping entrances with a couple of wide steps for disabled people with grab bars which made it easy for myself to enter the pool . The main dining area with self service buffet was well spread out and not a jungle! There where plenty of tables and chairs and we preferred to sit in an area where you could look out over the beach and sea. There where 2 further restaurants that where al a carte which we didn't go in as we where very happy with the food in the buffet which was lovely and a very good selection every night including on one night Caviar!! There was also the pool snack bar that was open in the day. Our room was an adapted room on the ground floor, it was easy to manoeuvre the wheelchair around the room. The bathroom was also large with a walk in shower which had a seat could change height to suit the person, you could fit 2 people in the shower easy and have a party it was so big!! The toilet had grab rails round it also. The public disabled toilet in the hotel could have been redesigned as there was a huge sink by the door which made it very difficult to manoeuvre the wheelchair round but the public disabled toilets in the hotel grounds where great! One having a sliding door which was a genius idea as It was much better than a normal wood door on hinges! The hotel is on the beachfront with a promenade that takes you to Costa El Duque. Over all the hotel was one of best we have stayed in for suitability for disabled people and while we where there we saw and met several disabled people who agreed it was the best they had stayed in! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Tenerife and we have said we will return there. RATING:*****
