I require 24 hour Personal Assistance and need someone to support me when I go away. I am trying to find a way that I can go on holiday to Somerset in August from Kent. This would involve driving me in my car and supporting me for a few days.
The care provider I use is unable to provide someone and I am just wondering how people in my situation manage? Does anyone know any paid or voluntary organisation that provides people to support disabled people to go on holiday please?
There are companies who have Private carers who can travel with you, the best thing to do is Google 'Private carers' and checkout the best ones for you, You will have to pay but they are different in price.
