I think it is very sad that children are having babys at a younger age
how you turn it all around I have no idea
the growing ups have a lot to answer for the way society is today
what do they expect when they themselfs are so casual about sex and relasionships :(

Touble is Ducky..many of these kids are bringing themselves up ...as their parents are Useless .... Until we stop Playing Nanny state to these Wasters they will continue to Let Us Provide.....The first thing I would insist upon is..make them work...even if only in The Community...Try to instill some kind of pride..
If they are fit and healthy...choise would be...work or No cash....work or no home.....work or starve....Ive fought against levels of pain, over the years, that these back-sliders would have no comprehension of..Ive never had a safety net..the fact that I suffered from AS ...which had no recognition then.....I had to get off my backside and CRAWL to earn my wage...
So,do I have any sympathy for this race of Beggers...None xxxx;)

I agree with some of what you say but even the parents who are working and married or in a long relastionship have children who have got themselfs pregnant you read the paper or watch telly and it seems it is all about sex and swearing somehow we have to get over the message about self respect.. alot of the youngsters do have to fend for themselves...I went to work and was lucky to be able to set the hrs around school time I went out to work for 4 hrs aday so I could get some luxury items as all we had was hubbys wages and family allowence the only thing I had was a car to get me around which the transport minnisery pay for and they payed my insurance there was no family credit and all the handouts they get today it was not untill 1993 or 4 that I got the middle component of the DLA I did not know that exsited untill then me and hubby payed are way and worked for are pension and I was serverly disabled so if you and I and also a lot of members on this site can do it there is no excuse for the abledbody lot ;)
ps at the momment with the recesion tho,s who are in work are lossing there jobs and also there is this culture that if you are over fifty it is harder to get work
