That makes me so angry, he must have been terrified, he had the mind of a child, it is so sad.

that and other things are why I dont want hanging back,But I do think life should mean life
oh dear it is difficalt to keep a topic in one place only :blink:

Thing is now days...Police evidence has moved on massively since the errors of yesteryear....It now need DNA plus masses of back-up evidence to convict ,so I dont think the previous mistakes would be made.
Its also worth noting that the police were very corupt in the 40s..50s...60s...and 70s.....CPS need cast iron cases before they will allow them to come to court......Hence we have become PC and Too Soft ...in my opinion that is xxxx:ohmy: :evil:
