Yes No or Maybe

I have just finished a book about Death Row,in one of the American Prisons.

Do you think we should bring back the Death Penalty.?
Yes For all murders.
No Not for any murders.
Maybe For certain cases.



Do you think it is fair to keep someone on death row for 13yrs and then excecute them.

Assuming we are out of EU...which is only way we can vote on Capital Punishment...I would vote Yes for the following reasons...and subject to there being No Doubt whatsoever as to Guilt......
1.... As a partial deterant .The present situation is not working and murders are on the increase.Scum are now fully armed.
2... To reduce long term cost of keeping a murderer behind bars..
3.. . As a response for the victims family...Its about time we considered the victim and gave No consideration to the Scum ...:evil:
4... Have Open Air Hangings and get Max Clifford ( publicist to Rubbish) to promote them xxxx :evil:

HANG ALL KIDDY PERVERTS/RAPISTS/MURDERERS/ and any one else who takes or abuses life and is caught absolutely in the act. Unless absolute proof is to hand NO as we have seen many miscarraiges of justice but some people should not be here like ian huntly!!!!

part of me says yes bring back hanging but the othere part says no because it has been proved that innocent ppl have been hung or what every they do
I must admit when I read about and hear that peter sutcliff ian brady and the rest live the life of o,raily then I think they should be in prison as they are not mad they hid what they where doing,
if there is to be no hanging or injection then all murders should serve life and the prisons should not be hoilday camps
why dont they grade prisons so that the lesser the crime the more privelages and the worse the crime the harder the time
on one more note most of the murders familys have not done anythink wrong and I dont think they would like to see there family member toped so it really is a touchy situation

The other thing is, I dont think they should keep them on Death Row for years and then execute them,it should be done quickly, most of them are nearly insane waiting,however when you hear the details of the crimes they have committed, you may say it's just what they deserve.:evil:

Think the long-waiters are the ones who employ lawers who enjoy the publicity they get from protracted apeals xxxx

the thing is that when ppl feel that justies is not been done and that the law is a joke more ppl are starting to say they are in favour of the death penalty
there are so many laws on top of the orginal ones that it is the crimanls and lawyers who benifit bring back straight forward guide lines
under this labour goverment every one can be classed as a crimanal with so many petty new laws

serial killers child killers and ppl who just kill for no reason yes... in some cases ppl are protecting family or friends they should not be hung
