wheelchair spare part

hi all,
wondered if anyone knows where i can buy a bolt and black rubber/plastic piece, which fits the footplate
onto the hanger of a wheeltech enigma super delux.
this is my spare chair which i lent to someone in dire need for one day, and it came back with these bits missing!
i have tried all the usual avenues, but of course once you have bought it no one wants to know. they all suggest i buy complete hanger and footplate [approx £40]

A bolt would be easy to get from your local DIY store, and maybe you can buy some rubber and cut it up to the size you need and super glue it on!

Your local garage might do it for you.

i have managed to get a bolt from a marine engineer!

still mad that supplier was not interested.
