Sunflowers, sunflowers
Holding their heads
Up High

Sunflowers, sunflowers
All looking at
The sky

They follow the sun
Facing where it does go
Although it's the earth that moves
That we all know

And holding heads high
The sunflowers peer
Until it is time
The sun
Disappears

So slowly they bow
Their heads not to see
The sun as it goes
For it's not to be
For them
Not today
As today it has gone

But tomorrow again
Their heads reach
The
Sun
