I agree absolutely. Lately I have gone to bed every night and put my music on. I find it lowers my stress levels and makes me feel more relaxed, I don't bunch my muscles up as much so I feel more chilled out and the pain doesn't seem to be as noticable for a while. I try to listen more to the words of the songs and it's as if the music rolls over me and soothes me for a while. I listen to what they call \"doo wap\" music in bed and I particularly listen to a group called the Overtones .

I always listen to the lyrics, even with rap music!It is like someone is telling a story, that's what lyrics are.So if I am listening to some new group or artist (as they like to be called!) I listen to the lyrics 1st before I listen to the actual music! That's why I do love U2 the stories in their songs are so clear and amazing.And also hip hop music like Jay.Z and Enimen especially his last song- love the way you lie.Those are amazing and powerful lyrics!
