A lot of things have happened since I was last here so I can't promise to be around much. But I will keep popping in for the moment, especially as I need to find my way around and see what is what and who, if anyone, is around who remembers me.

Hi Karl - I'm not doing too bad thanks - hope you too are doing OK. Last time I was here was probably just after my little Lexie died [I used to use her photo as my avatar]. Unfortunately my beloved lollop of a Pereg has developed epilepsy, so dealing with a 2½ year old who obviously doesn't understand what is happening to her, and with the phenobarbitone she is on making her ravenous and just "not herself", does not make for an easy life.

You really have done a heck of a lot of things to the site since I was last here - looks really impressive! Now all I have to do is work out how to insert an image, which I did manage first time but not since then

Where have I been - good question Sherlock. Nowhere really but you and I both know that people just weren't posting and I guess I sort of took a rain-check. My lollopy lollop of a Pereg needs taking out far more often than I can manage, but I still try [if this link works it is a slideshow - we went along a tractor path next to my neighbour and those fields are what I see from the back of my bungalow - they go on and on and on to the distant horizon.]

She developed epilepsy a couple of months ago and things have been rather rough and difficult, but she's my girl and I love her so much.

So time is not my own at the moment, but hey ho, I'm still fighting!
