Alice Pleasance Liddell (aged 10 at the time)
it is to be said that the reverend charles Lutwidge Dodgson (now know as lewis carrol - writer) and the Reverend Robinson Duckworth rowed in a boat up the River Thames with three little girls, one of these girls was alice. dirung this journey he told them a story abt a bored little girl called alice that was serching for an adventure. alice liked it so much that after alice asked him to write it down and 2 years on he had finished it and given it to alice.
he also orignally called it 'alices adventure underground'.
just thought u might like to do the story behind it to.

Post edited by: cheeky_monkey17, at: 2008/10/19 11:16
