Nichiren Buddhism
A peaceful world can only exist if people are happy. There are two kinds of happiness:relative and happiness refers to short-lived, temporary happi-ness dependent upon external circumstances. The purpose of Buddhism is to establish lives of absolute happiness,an inner state of joy and confidence that can never be taken away, destroyed or defeated.
Through our practice of Nichiren Buddhism, BY chanting Nam-myoho-renke-kyo, we reveal our inherent Buddha nature
,
-If you chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo. then you will be Happy-

I do believe Buddhism is the best religion, it practices inner peace and doesn't shove it's message down your thought like some religions. The chant was in the movie biopic 'Tina, what's love got to do with it' As Tina Turner is a Buddhist. The chat is very relaxing. We went to a Buddhist Temple in Thailand. Do you friend1 practice Buddhism?

What is Nichiren Buddhism.
"Nichiren Daishonin, a Buddhist reformer in 13th-century japan, earnestly studied Buddhism, seeking its original purpose of securing happiness for all people. Realizing the supremacy of the Lotus Sutra's teaching of universal enlightenment, he developed a practice accessible to all--- chant-ting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo
which is derived from the sutra's title.
"The Mystic Law of Nam-myoho-renge-kyo"
