Hi
What is something that you have done that you didn't think you would be able to do? Mine is live on my own. I live on my own in a flat.

There are so many with me because I like to push myself, my favourite one I tell people is when I went up in a paraglider because I'm hugely scared of heights, can't even go up a ladder! But I said as a joke 'I'll have a go if you go' to my husband and he said seriously. I did it in Tunisia many years a go before my health went down hill. Had an amazing time and had an amazing view in the sky looking over Tunisia. Well before all the trouble.

I spose the biggest thing I did was when on hols in Rhodes. We when on a boat trip and on the way back there was the opportunity to jump in the sea, off the boat and swim around a deep water cove.
I thought, "when will I get the opportunity again??" and did it.
OMG it was like a 8ft drop and you go down...it was so salty!! getting out and back on the boat was the tricky bit...my legs don't do so good.
I'd love to scuba dive, but will never get training cuz I'm epileptic and its a no-go as far as trainers say.
Or a wheelchair kite buggy....that might happen one day!

Went on a boat trip in Cyprus it was funny as my husband decided to feed the fish (my metaphor for puking over board!) which was weird because he does fine on cruise ships! My husband is always coming up with funny idea's to make adventures disabled friendly like water skiing, stick chair on to 2 ski's!! and bungee jumping - strap person in to wheelchair and tie bungee rope on to wheelchair!! I have the same problem as you can't do scuba diving or swimming due to Epilepsy.
