they say that being in a wheelchair isnt all that bad once your used to it ..... but to the unlucky some who have been able to walk and do everything they wanted it is a complete life changer here in the UK a horse racing jockey has now had his life changed for the worst



for those who think that lifes shit with being a new wheelchair user ... just spare a thought for this guy and his family

To be walking one day and paralysed the next is a massive shock, I'm sure his family and health professionals will be there for him in his adjustment. But it will be up to him on how mentally he comes to terms with it.

But this will be a shock to him mentally that he will no longer be able to be a racing jockey after knowing that is what you do as a job day after day. I really feel for him.
