Hi everyone, I wanted to drop by and let you know how everything is going, this has been a tuff surgery this time. The pain has been off the chart! Also when I had my staples out (all 24 this time!) part of the wound split open again so I had to have stitches to hold it together while it healed together which took a further 2 weeks and complete bed rest! The physio has been harder and slower getting going due to the wound splitting and muscles taking longer to heal and start strengthening. Some days are better than others but all I can do is on the good days work at physio and getting moving and the ruff days rest.
