Does anyone use the website wrong planet

Hello just wanted to ask has anyone had any problems using the website wrong planet I joined because it's a community designed for individuals (and parents / professionals of those) with Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, ADHD, PDDs, and other neurological differences. 

Unfortunately I have issues trying to get back into the site I have tried to contact the people who runs it but still haven't got any reply back so not sure if what else to do as I am not a Tec wizard 
 

I’ve heard others mention similar login or access issues with the site before. Maybe try clearing your browser cache or using a different device just in case.
