A small grocery shop which burnt down many years ago, was then reopened by a young couple who intended to live in the flat above the shop, which had always been used as a store room in previous years. When they went down into the shop in the mornings, they found items moved around, shelves restocked with different goods. It would appear the tidy shopkeeper who had died in the fire was still around keeping an eye on things.

The Ghost of Bluebell Hill. Many people have reported giving a lift to a young woman, when they turn to look she has vanished.Drivers have also reported knocking down a pedestrian, sending for police and ambulance convinced there is someone under their car. When the services arrive of course there is nobody there. The story goes it is a young woman who was killed in a car crash the eve before her wedding. These reports still go on today on a regular basis. It is in our area Lady Mag:ohmy:

Some years ago a young care assistant was tending to an old chap who was having breathing problems, this was due to the fact he had been a miner all his life.He had moved into a care home with his wife some months ago ,sadly his wife passed away soon after they moved in.The care assistant made him comfortable then went to get him a cup of tea, when she returned the old gentleman had passed away. She went to open the window to allow his spirit free passage, and saw a face looking in,the room was on the third floor so it could not have been a passer-by.Was it his wife come to collect him or a figment of the care assistants imagination.Who knows!!  :)
