I must admit my sweet Dorrie...Ive been led to the Dark side by Cat....Dark as in West Indian Cuisine to be accurate.....I had forgot the harsh lessons of consuming Jerk Chicken without professional guidance and training...Then happened upon a new Food Emporium of the Ethnic Type..
Yes I purchesed a Jerk Chicken and Chicken Patte...proceeded to consume it in my limo in Greenwich Park....Im here to tell you it was a Shock to be attacked by ones lunch xxxxx :silly: :sick:

These things are very much a dark seated desire to inflict punishment upon ones mouth. I am a long standing member of the jerk chicken and pattie anonymous club. We go into dark places alone and in groups listening to dub reggae very loudly whilst consuming them. I always eat at least 2 patties a week or more, and as i have been indoctrinated into the jerk chicken school of cooking, i now set up lunch to attack other fans. You know not one dish of jerk chicken is the same either, as every cook adds their own little something. The joys of west indian cookery abound!!
