our daily post

Quiet day today with my book, I got up very early, polished dusted, cleaned my kitchen, just could'nt sleep.I am at my favourite place tomorrow the Dentist for more meausurements etc, at least it wont be painful or take very long.

spending the day listening to music doin college work.. maybe watch a nice film later.

Loss of hour caught me out ..so later up the Gym..steam room for 25 mins....Done house things....had cereal for breakfast..... next feed fish.....

Does that mean your next feed is fish, or are you going to feed them.
