webcam feature

hi i am just wondering is it just me or is the webcam feature's not really been ironed out yet as i tried last night and it said that my cam's settings were not supported... i know i have my webcam plugged in due it working on facebook and on skype just wondered if any one else having this problem

Are you using chrome or firefox browser? If so are you on the latest version?

Web cams doesn't work on mircosoft internet browser.

IE doesn't play nice with a lot of things. Use Chrome or Firefox.

Me & Chrome have a love hate relationship! At 1st it worked fine I was loving it just after I had been using it for 12 months things started messing up and it wouldn't work well with Yahoo which I use for my emails then it started messing up other websites and I started getting all sorts of viruses. Since I've gone back to using Internet explorer everything has been fine. No more using Chrome, it hates me!!

I admittedly do not have a webcam. However, in the spirit of the season, a relative who is far more well off than I, has spread a little holiday joy my way and I will be buying the biggest, most up to date monitor and camera I can afford. It will be great to talk to you all and see if you can understand my midwestern accent. ha ha!
