cannot search the forums for specific subjects

I'm a newbie, so maybe I'm wrong about this, but the only search engine I can find anywhere on this site is one for searching for other members. If I want to see all posts regarding a specific topic or question, there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. I don't have several days to just browse through all the subheadings to get to what I want to read. I want to find a way to post about businesses who don't honor the Service Animal requirements properly.
