DIFFICULTY IN COOKING

Hi FolksI was born with right hemiplegia and have spasticity in my right hand. On top of that, my right side is severely weaker than my left.My wife does all the cooking but now, due to increasing living costs, she has found a full time job, so at various times of the day I need to cook for myself.I cannot peel or slice fruit nor vegetables.Can anyone advice what type of meals I could prepare and what type of equipment I could use?Thanks
